Morning Guided Practice: Sunrise Breath & Intention I begin with 3 deep belly breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth to reset my body. I then do a short pulse pattern: • Inhale for 4 counts • Hold for 2 counts • Exhale for 6 counts I repeat that cycle for about a minute, letting my mind settle. While breathing, I mentally say: “I arrive in the morning. I meet what is.” I finish with one spoken word to set my intention—like “steady,” “open,” or “ease”—and carry that tone into the rest of the day.
